1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EzyConn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EzyConn is an AI-powered customer engagement platform that provides:

• Chatbot creation and management
• Customer conversation inbox and routing
• Contact management and segmentation
• Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Third-party integrations (WhatsApp, Slack, email, etc.)
• Team collaboration and agent management tools

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. EzyConn is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan or your account will be limited to the Free tier.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific limits on messages, AI credits, chatbots, team members, and integrations. Exceeding these limits may result in overage charges or temporary service restrictions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Data and Content

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant EzyConn a limited license to process this data solely for providing the Service.

6.2 AI Training

Training data you provide for your Chatbots is used exclusively for your chatbot instances. We do not use your Customer Data to train our general AI models without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

EzyConn and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use EzyConn's branding or intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid plans. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyConn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
